Cookie Policy

This Cookie Policy explains how Spinbob uses cookies and similar technologies on our website, in line with the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) and the UK GDPR.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They help the site remember your preferences, keep you signed in securely and understand how pages are used.

Cookies we use

• Strictly necessary cookies keep the site secure, remember your login session, protect against fraud and store your cookie choices. These cannot be switched off.
• Functional cookies remember settings such as your preferred game filters and display options.
• Analytics cookies tell us, in aggregate, which pages are visited and how the site performs, so we can improve it. We only set these with your consent.
• Marketing cookies measure the effectiveness of our advertising and partner campaigns. We only set these with your consent, and never use them to target people who have self-excluded.

Third-party cookies

Some cookies are set by trusted partners such as payment providers, game studios and analytics services. These partners process data under their own privacy notices and our contractual safeguards.

How long cookies last

Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies stay on your device for a set time, typically between 30 days and 13 months, unless you delete them sooner.

Managing your choices

You can accept or reject non-essential cookies through the cookie banner when you first visit, and change your choice at any time from the cookie settings link. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings; note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site working, including login.
